Barbara J. Walch
Dr. iur., LL.M.

Dr. Barbara Walch studied law at the University of Innsbruck and obtained her Doctorate in 2011. She further completed a Dual-Degree LL.M. in Law & Global Economy and Corporate and Financial Services Law with New York University (NYU) and the National University of Singapore (NUS) in 2009.

Before Dr. Walch founded Walch & Partner Attorneys at Law Ltd in 2019, she worked in different reputable law firms in Liechtenstein, the Permanent Liechtenstein Mission to the UN as well as a prestigious New York law firm. In 2010, Dr. Walch passed both the Liechtenstein and Austrian bar exams. In 2012 she was admitted to the New York Bar.

She complemented her legal skills with the qualification as licensed professional trustee in 2014 and served as director of a prestigious trust company from July 2017 to June 2019 before she founded her own trust companies (WALL TRUST REG. and Tower Trust Company reg.) in July 2019. In 2020 she passed the Liechtenstein notary examination.

Dr. Walch focuses on foundation and trust law, asset protection, corporate law, estate planning and tax law.
